For the third week in a row, the CBS cop drama “Hawaii Five-0” won its hour but did so against a holiday special and a re-run from top rival “Castle,” according to Nielsen ratings information released by the network.

“Five-0” drew 9.84 million viewers Monday night, easily outpacing the NBC special “Michael Buble: Home for the Holidays,” which drew 5.66 million viewers. Over on ABC, “Castle” drew 5.09 million viewers.

Among the coveted target demographic, adults 18-49, “Five-0” improved slightly from last week and went from 2.3 percent of the total viewing audience to 2.5 percent. The same thing happened to the percentage of those watching TV at the time: “Five-0” went from 6 percent to 7 percent of those watching TV at the time, CBS said.

Monday’s episode was the tenth of a 24-episode season.
