Hawaii’s own Jack Johnson partnered with Huffington Post to premiere the music video for his latest single, “I Got You,” earlier today.

Directed by Emmett Malloy, the music video was filmed on Oahu.

“We shot it on an old wind up 16mm camera that we used to shoot our surf films on,” Johnson told HuffPost Entertainment. “We drove around Oahu and made it up as we went. It was a fun day and hopefully that translates in the video.”

The song is off Johnson’s upcoming album, “From Here to Now,” which debuts Sept. 17. Johnson will hit the road on tour in support of the project, with proceeds from live shows being donated to more than 75 charities via the All at Once Campaign.

For those who want to watch “I Got You” on a bigger screen, VH1′s weekly “Top 20 Countdown” will debut the music video this weekend on the cable network.
