The original Ramen Burger, made famous by New York resident Keizo Shimamoto, attracted hundreds of people to a Kakaako restaurant last week and will be offered two more times in Honolulu.

Shimamoto will return to culinary incubator TASTE Table, 667 Auahi Street, beginning at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29 until 500 burgers sell out.

Another 500 Ramen Burgers will be sold during the monthly “Eat the Street” food truck festival at 555 South St. from 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31.

The burgers will cost $10 each; sales will be limited to two per customer.
