Pizza Corner, an eatery located at Ko Olina Resort, took poke to new heights at the 30th annual Pizza Expo in Las Vegas last month. The restaurant won third place in the international competition with its Original Hawaiian Poke Pizza, a homemade dough topped with the local delicacy.

This was Pizza Corner’s first foray into the competition under the helm of executive chef Jerome LaSorba II. In addition to the dough, the restaurant makes its own sauce for traditional New York-style pizzas as well as a growing menu of local-style pizzas. Other local offerings include kalua pig pizza with mango salsa and mango chutney.

Pizza Corner is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Call (808) 380-4626 or visit pizzacornerhawaii.com.
