COOL OFF AT HALF PRICE: All students (elementary through college) and military (active-duty, reservists and veterans) can get half off admission at Wet ‘n’ Wild during this month. The students’ discount is good Mondays through Fridays and covers just themselves. A valid school ID must be shown for college students. Military can use the discount for themselves and three other people any day of the week with a military ID.

SEASONS AND THE SEA: The Waikiki Aquarium’s annual event featuring hula, chant performances and mo’olelo storytelling takes place from 5:30 p.m. to sunset on the area just ewa (west) of the aquarium grounds.

POP UP SHOPS AT ELEVEN44: Chinatown comes alive again with First Friday events. For those 21 or older, eleven44 has a lineup of fun at their location. First, a pop up record store featuring a vinyl listening station and affordable albums, singles, CDs and more will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Then, from 5 to 8 p.m., shop at the Homecoming pop up shop featuring fashion-forward clothing and shoes by Recess. Everything will be priced under $40. (Go to @recessbyhomecoming on Instagram.) Finally, close out the night with the lounge’s favorite DJs, including Captain Timo, Ramyt, Jimmy Lee, Loic and others. No cover. “Dress to impress” suggested; beachwear and baseball caps are discouraged.
