Looking for something cheap to eat Thursday? L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is offering 76-cent plate lunches, 25-cent ramen burgers and 10-cent Pepsi fountain drinks at its Keeaumoku Street location in Walmart.
The plate lunch and Pepsi prices are good from 10 a.m. to noon but only 100 burgers will be on sale for 25 cents so you’ll have to hurry to get one.
Customers in line will have a chance to win prize packs courtesy of L&L and 76 Hawaii. The first 100 customers will receive a free L&L t-shirt and the first 10 in line will also receive a month’s supply of Pepsi drinks.
This is the ninth year the restaurant is holding this type of fundraiser, which is also held in commemoration of the opening of the first L&L Drive-Inn in 1976. Proceeds from this year’s event will go to Goodwill Industries.
