2. The 2015 class of the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame — Jesse Sapolu (pictured at left with former NFL player Maa Tanuvasa), Luther Elliss, Ray Schoenke, Russ Francis, the late Mosi Tatupu and Mark Tuinei — was enshrined during ceremonies at the Polynesian Cultural Center on Saturday. 2014 Heisman Trophy winner Marcus Mariota of Saint Louis High School and the University of Oregon was honored as Polynesian Football Player of the Year.
