Los Angeles actor Justin Chon was the featured celebrity guest at a party hosted by Volcano E-Cigs at Vice Nightclub on Saturday, March 16. Chon, who currently stars in the hit movie “21 and Over” and also co-starred in local production “Hang Loose,” was joined by his “Hang Loose” co-star Dante Basco and adult film actresses Charmaine Star and Tera Patrick at the party.
