With a whopping 93 million-plus pageviews and more than 2 million unique visitors in 2012, it’s no secret The Pulse is Hawaii’s leading source for entertainment and nightlife coverage.
Along with posting breaking news and the digital version of TGIF every Friday, we’re also pretty popular among “Hawaii Five-0″ fans and those who love to eat — bloggers Wendie Burbridge of “The Five-0 Redux” and Lindsey Muraoka of “Food La La” attracted the largest readership this year, with fellow bloggers Derin Derego, Jermel-Lynn Quillopo, Jason Genegabus, Nina Wu, John Berger, Mike Gordon, Gary Chun, Elizabeth Kieszkowski and former blogger Sabrina Velazquez also pitching in to contribute quality content throughout 2012.
All their hard work was recognized by Editor & Publisher for the second straight year, as The Pulse was recognized as a finalist in the Best Entertainment Website (with under 1 million unique monthly visitors) category.
