The March of Dimes Hawaii Chapter honored Honolulu Star-Advertiser publisher Dennis Francis and presented him with the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Award for Distinguished Public Service during the 2012 Governors’ Ball at the Sheraton Waikiki on Saturday, Nov. 3. The black-tie event featured a “Mad Men” theme along with live and silent auctions.
