PICS: ‘Pau Hana Block Party’ at Murphy’s

The street outside Murphy’s Bar and Grill was shut down for the fourth annual “Pau Hana Block Party: A Benefit for Literacy” on Thursday, Sept. 6. The fundraiser featured live entertainment by Harry Koizumi, live art by Jon J. Murakami and Comic Jam Hawaii, a silent auction and plenty of food and drinks. Proceeds will be used to support Hawaii Literacy’s adult tutoring, family literacy and bookmobile programs.
