I love eating out and trying new places, but sometimes nothing beats having a nice home cooked meal. That is why I decided to start a new cooking segment on my blog.
This week, I want to share a Korean dish called Dukbokki. Considered a street food and popular snack in Korea, it’s a rice cake dish covered with a thick, spicy sauce. Many Korean restaurants serve it.
Dukbokki is simple to make and delicious! It’s a good dish to bring to a party or potluck. I order Dukbokki often at Korean bars because it goes great with a huge bottle of soju. There are many variations of this dish but this is the way that my friend, Kelly Loui, and I made it.
